It's odd, almost spooky, but every time we do this thread it seems as though I've had a sub for lunch. LOL!

Veal Picata, broccoli sauteed in EVO with garlic and Ricotta/Prosuito Tortellini with Alfredo sauce. (left overs from Sunday night)

Dinner tonight.

Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon cakes, crisp tender fresh aspeagrass and wild rice served with a Tarragon and shallot Bearnaise sauce.
